Spacious rooms and the staff here really know their stuff. 🌟 When it comes to breakfast, they serve up a delicious variety of food.

Located between two road, quality of spa is very poor, menu in the restorant- poor, service in the restorant and qualification of reception girls. Bar was almost always closed, navette that they announced - never saw. 3 stars without any significant points

The experience was pleasant, will come back. The hotel was reasonably priced, nonetheless I stayed for 4 nights only. The rooms were great-sized and cool, there was a very clean bed. The location was excellent and exceptionally nice, relatively near Cote des Basques. It was also just off Atlantic Ocean and Biarritz.

The stay was excellent. The rooms could be updated but the bathroom was very nice. The staff was superb. I had an issue at check out. I assumed I had paid for the entire stay with the credit card. This needs to be clarified better.

Location location location. It was easy to get to the spa, easy to catch the bus into town and an easy walk to two places to eat.

Very helpfull staff, flexible all the way. Food was OK, and offered spa & fitness facilty was fine.

I had a great stay for 2 days, loved the fantastic location near a peaceful part of the town and all the popular attractions nearby!

Modern bathroom facility, good water pressure in shower The people who work there are nice, but there is no accountability or compensation if standard features of the hotel room are not operating, such as an air conditioner & fan. Maybe this is merely a cultural difference, but can make for an unpleasant experience.

We requested a quiet room, and they reassigned the room they reserved for us, placing us instead in an ocean view room. At first we were ok with this, then noticed it was very noisy, as was right above the hotel entrance. Also, the fan and air conditioner did not work the first night, and the hotel staff told us they could not fix it until the next day. We asked for compensation for the mechanical failure, and they told us there would be none. They would not even take off the price of a bottle of water, for which they charged 4 euros. If your are susceptible to mosquito bites, bring repellant, as we had to open the window to get circulation, and my husband received 24 mosquito bites while he was sleeping. It required ant-inflammatories for the rest of the trip & he was very uncomfortable. The ocean view is not worth any price as the water is not nearby and that side of the hotel is noisy. There are many hotels closer to the city center than Hotel Le Biarritz. You can take a bus from the train station to within a block of the hotel. The taxi ride is a rip off.

Well-kept room with comfy big beds, a mini-fridge, a desk for work, and a setup for brewing your own tea and coffee. ☕

Will come back when in Biarritz, it was a PLEASANT stay. The hotel is luxury and clean, has great views of the sea. The restaurant is really nice for the food served.

Poor breakfast..€12.00 each. No coffee available on return to hotel at night. No machine, nothing in room, no room service ruined a good evening out

The staff at Ibis Styles Biarritz Plage are helpful and knowledgeable. the hotel has a great view of the sea. - the location is unbeatable, near Marbella Beach. - Conveniently, it's just a 20-minute walk to the city centre. - the restaurant at the hotel serves really nice food.

Hydrotherapy pool

A computer error resulted in my booking being made for a basement room at Atlanthal several miles along the coast instead of in Biarritiz as booked. Since I did not have independent transport this was entirely unsuitable and I had to book at another hotel for the rest of my holiday. very disappointing.
